Any major changes made by the Client to an order after the contract has been concluded shall entitle ABYZ Consulting Services Group. to modify the quoted price and/or term of delivery or refuse to execute the order.

If such is the case, the Client shall pay for the work that has already been performed.

If the client cancels an order, ABYZ Consulting Services Group. is entitled to claim payment of any work already performed for that order.

If ABYZ Consulting Services Group. is forced to perform more work or more costs than they were initially foreseen on conclusion of the contract, they will be entitled to raise the agreed price. In case of rejection, Sigma Tecnologies. will refund 100% of the money to the customer.

Refund is subject to written proof from the customer.
